All wedding packages include
- 6400 square foot building with central heating and air
- 600 square foot covered pavilion on the backside of property
- Full access to venue Wi-Fi
- Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs
- Venue manager and additional staff based on guest count
- Indoor restrooms — ADA certified
- Bridal suite with shower, storage space, comfy furniture, and hideaway area before ceremony
- Groom's suite with TV, couches, recliners, and stowaway space
- Commercial catering prep area including commercial fridge, ice machine, heating proofer, stainless steel table, and sink
- 250 white folding outdoor/indoor ceremony chairs
- 21 white round banquet tables and 7–8ft white buffet style tables
- 4 65" TVs in reception hall (smaller TVs in each room of venue)
- Large wooden movable bar setup for cocktail hour/reception
- Flexibility to be married indoors/outdoors
- Spacious parking for all guests (handicap spaces available)
- Various locations on property for photography/videography
